Jack Pope has been emplyed in many bankruptcy proceedings located in San Bernadino. He has also been appointed in probate matters by the Superior courts throughout the San Bernadino, Riverside and Palm Springs area.

His experience in appraisal and liquidation has included participation in a variety of different industries and markets, such as auction of bankruptcy of Northland Rentals in Chino, Ca., March 1998 and auction of recievership of Dates by Daval in Indio, Ca. July 1998. He has apparaised and liquidated the equipment and inventory of construction companies, manufacturing concerns, retail stores, jewel & coin stores, lumber yards, hardware stores, hotels, motels, secured and sold Medical Centers, secured and sold 1,100 ostriches, numerous airplanes, large fish farms, racing speedways, Lorcin Gun Manufacturing, Laughlin Engineering, RLE Trucking Co. and many other businesses.

He has also had numerous occasions to provide management and supervisorial services in support of operating bankruptcy cases. He has been an eye-witness on the evaluation of personal property with the Federal & Superior Courts numerous times. Liscenced and bonded by the State of California, He also has a security bond on file at all times with the Secretary of the State of Calif.
